Do you need a conference room close to the Oulu Airport? At Vihikari 10, we can offer a range of meeting and conference rooms for a variety of needs: meetings, negotiations or appointments with customers. Depending on your needs, you can rent premises for an hour at a time or a whole day. We have conference rooms for large and small groups.
Our meeting rooms are equipped with large screens, Wi-Fi, and note-taking materials. We also offer reception services for meetings (welcoming guests and participants).
We can provide a coffee catering service for your conference room. You can order this when booking the room. The Ravintola Vihikari restaurant is also at your service – a place where meeting participants can enjoy lunch or a coffee break.

In this atmospheric meeting room, you can host your company’s important meetings, negotiations, and briefings, or hold creative brainstorming and planning sessions, workshops, and client meetings.

You can use this relaxed meeting space to host brainstorming and ideation sessions, planning meetings, interviews, and hybrid meetings. Alternatively, you can book the room for work requiring deep concentration. The space can be rearranged to suit your needs.
